By being granted field access, you understand and agree that all images are and remain the property of A7FL Licensing Inc. Your images may be shown as a part of your portfolio and shared via your social media profile but may not be sold or shared outside that without written approval by A7FL Licensing Inc. Non-Professional Media Image Ownership
If for any reason, including paid, trade, barter, free, influencer or other arrangements with the A7FL or A7FL Division, you have been granted permission to record images, the images you capture are the intellectual property of A7FL Licensing Inc. The images or video you share must be approved through the League unless a written arrangement has been made in advance with the League. In addition, all final, edited images are to be shared with the league and division for promotional purposes via the Dropbox link provided to you.
Video and Audio
At no time should any video of the game, pre-game, post-game or other field situation be posted or shared publicly that contains language widely considered foul, offensive, derogatory, racist, sexist, or homophobic. Doing so will risk your ability to be permitted back and may also subject a player or players to disciplinary action. We understand that the talk between players can be rough, but the league strongly disapproves of any of the aforementioned language and expressly forbids its recording, sharing or other usages.
At no time should a player be requested to be mic’d up without prior specific written permission by the Division owner or general manager. If granted, all videos must be scrubbed for foul language as described above.
